Okazaki Information and Communication Office is staffed by the head of the office (the director of the institute in charge) and two deputy secretary generals (one in charge of general affairs and the other in charge of technology), and underneath the following members are assigned:

• one professor and one technical staff member from each of the three institutes

• 3 administrative staff

• 4 core members of the office

We are a team that is in charge of network maintenance and management of the three Okazaki institutes.
